Too bad Ryan Gosling isn't single, they could totally reenact the infamous rain-makeout scene from The Notebook! Siighhhh....
But in all seriousness, we are sad to report that the lovely Rachel McAdams and her Midnight in Paris costar/lover Michael Sheen have reportedly ENDED their 2+ year romance.
The pair met on the set of Woodey Allen's charming movie, but apparently did NOT hookup during filming as Rachel is against getting involved with costars (until after a movie wraps LOLz!).
She revealed in a 2012 interview:
"Michael and I didn't get together while we were filming Midnight in Paris, which I feel strongly about not doing when I'm working. We became quite good friends, which I think is a great way to start. I felt very blessed to have made a Woody Allen film in Paris together."
Wait, so she DIDN'T have sex with Ryan Gosling while filming their tear-jerker of a romance film?! Hmm...
Anyways, we're sure this breakup is for the best as ultimately Rachel and Michael will both find people better suited for them.
Hey, Jason Segel and Michelle Williams just split too! Perhaps this is a serendipitous sign and Michelle should date Michael while Jason loves up Rachel!
