Zooey Deschanel in Kate Spade NY at the PaleyFest 2013 Honoring "New Girl" Mar 12th 2013, 15:06 Zooey Deschanel hit the black carpet yesterday at the Paley Center For Media's PaleyFest 2013 Honoring "New Girl" at Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, California.  Zooey was on trend wearing the black & white striped KATE SPADE NY 'Vivien' dress with a over-sized bow on the cut-out neckline. The gathered waistline gives this twill striped dress false movement. If there is anything predictable about Zooey, is that she loves her black opaque tights which she wore with black suede platform pumps that just got lost in the black carpet. I wish she wore a bun or a tamer pulled back hair do instead of her lightly tossled loose locks with bangs because it takes away from the detail on her dress.  Rosy lips and kohl rimmed eyes completed her look.
