(Fox) The countdown to the May 14 season finale is officially upon us. There's only one more episode to go before we find out what goes down at Cece's wedding. But first we have to get through Tuesday night's episode "Winston's Birthday." Here, a useful guide of things you might want to know before watching:
1. The episode will most likely have nothing to do with Winston's birthday.
2. The episode takes place a day after Nick and Jess' steamy hook-up.
3. Jess will be looking into getting a new teaching gig, but will need to prove she can handle some pretty crazy kids in order to get it.
4. Rob Reiner will again guest star as Jess' dad and drop in at a very, very inconvenient time.
5. Schmidt's college girlfriend (played by Merritt Wever) will again be his love interest. In the episode, her neighbor won't be too happy about all the love sounds coming through her thin bedroom walls.
6. Sleeping with henna, probably not a good thing.
7. You might be amused at what Nick dishes up for a romantic post-hook-up breakfast.
